An email confirmation letter is sent directly to you from our Reservation Department. This letter will confirm your vacation getaway purchase; and it contains the Reservation Department's information for booking assistance, and Customer Service for any questions you may have about your resort stay.

Your selected resort will schedule a time while you are visiting the resort to participate in a preview presentation of all of the resort’s amenities & benefits. You are not under any obligation to purchase anything; however, you must attend the 60-120 minute presentation.

Yes, after purchasing your getaway vacation, additional nights are available at a discounted rate depending on your travel dates. Simply call the Reservation Department number found on your confirmation email and we will handle your travel needs.

No, there aren’t any blackout dates with any of our vacation getaways. You have 12 months from your date of purchase to select your travel dates and enjoy your vacation getaway.

You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. After that time, like any highly-discounted product, your package is non-refundable. However, you may transfer the vacation package to a qualified recipient as a gift; and your vacation getaway is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so there should be plenty of time to travel.

For your convenience, each of our resort destinations allows you up to 12 months from the date of purchase to select your travel dates and enjoy your vacation getaway.

The resort fees and taxes are government fees collected by your selected resort and they typically range from $5 to $20 per night, per family.

Currently we have many fabulous vacation getaway destinations for you to visit and more resort destinations coming soon. However, each resort requires a 6 to 12 month interval between visits to the same resort.

Most of our resorts don’t encourage group travel at the wholesale price. In most situations, more than two families are not encouraged to travel together.

This vacation package is valid for residents of the United States and Canada.

In order to qualify for either one of the two promotions, the following criteria applies to all travelers:

- Candidates must be at least 25 years of age. Candidates should be married or cohabitating with their partner. Single Females are welcomed and must be currently employed. Some restrictions may apply to certain counties or to candidates who reside less than 60 miles away from the welcome center at the desired destination. Alternate destinations can be booked for those who reside within less than 60 miles from the welcome center.

Adult couples or singles must meet the following qualifications. If married or cohabiting, one traveler must be at least 25 years of age, must vacation and attend sales presentation with spouse/partner, be employed full time or retired, carry an active credit card, and write, understand, and speak English or Spanish fluently. Cohabiting couples must have ID’s that have the same address. Singles must be at least 25 years of age, carry an active credit card, and write, understand, and speak English or Spanish fluently.

The following are not eligible: employee of any timeshare company or any vacation club, or any hotel brand affiliated with a timeshare brand or a vacation club, or an agent, or a family member of an employee or an agent, of TAB or any of TAB’s affiliates or vendors.
